Project Mechanical Services, using the latest in CAD CAM technology,designed and manufactured a 5.2m stainless steel services distribution unit for Auckland University along with an island type Britannia Capturestream hood. Service spines are an ideal solution to prevent dirt ingress in the kitchen creating an easy to clean environment, essential for any modern commercial kitchen.
